Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

1. About payment

Q1: What forms of payment do you accept?

A1: We support card(credit card/debit card), paypal, bank transfer, wechat pay, alipay.

Q2: Why does my order always fail to pay? How can I fix it?

A2: This is because cross-border transactions are easily judged as risky transactions by bank, so it is easy to fail the payment. There are two ways to fix this problem:

1). Please contact your bank, and tell the bank staffs that this payment is safe, then tell them when you will try to pay again, so that your bank won't block your payment again. This is a very effective method, many customers have successfully paid through this method.

2). Try to pay with other payment methods if you have them: Paypal / Bank transfer/ Wechat pay/ Alipay 


2. About shipping

Q1: How long does shipping usually take?

A1: After you place an order, we will send QC pictures within 1-3 working days and we will ship shoes within 24 hours after you confirm the QC pictures, normally it will take about 8-17 days to arrive after we ship. If you don't need the qc pics, we will ship your order directly.

Q2: Why is the shipping fee $40? Can the shipping fee be reduced?

A2: Shipping fee is determined by the size, weight and distance of the parcel being shipped. We ship from China, for each parcel sent, we pay an average of 260RMB (equivalent to US$38.50) to the carrier. We do not make money from shipping, so shipping fee cannot be reduced.

Q3: What should I do if my package is not delivered within 17 days?

A3: Affected by force majeure factors such as weather, customs, festival, and logistics company strikes, there may be delays in the delivery of packages. If you do not receive the package within 17 days, please contact our customer service, generally speaking:

1). If the package has not been delivered for more than 20 days, we will send a coupon as compensation;

2). If the package has not been delivered for more than 25 days, we will refund your shipping fee;

3).If the package has not been delivered for more than 35 days, we will resend you a pair or give you a full refund.

However, if the delivery of the package fails due to your own wrong address, we can only apply to the carrier for re-delivery, and cannot compensate.


3. About QC

Q1: What is the QC?

A1: QC pics are the quality pictures of shoes before shipping, just like these:

Select 'Yes, I need check' when placing an order, the customer service will send you the QC pictures within 1-3 working days after the order placed.

Q2: What should I do if I am not satisfied with QC?
A1: Please click "fail" on the QC pictures and contact customer service, the customer service will change a better pair of shoes for you or give you a refund.


4. About refunds and return

Q1: Do you support refunds?

Refunds are supported in the following cases:

1) When the shoes have not been sent out, refunds can be made at any time.

2) If the shoes you receive have obvious quality problems, you can ask for resend or refund.

We do not support refunds for packages that are already in transit, as we cannot get the package back. We also do not accept refunds for damage to shoes caused by violent wearing. After-sales refund time is within 15 days.

Q2: How long does it take to get a refund?
A2: Normally, the money will be returned to your account within 3-10 working days, as it takes time for the bank to process, you can check your account at that time. If you do not receive the refund in time, please contact customer service in time.

Q3: What is your return policy?

A3: Regarding the return policy of shoes, if you find that the shoes have quality problems after you receive them, please give feedback to us within 7 working days. Please provide the corresponding photos or videos, so that we can verify. We will bear the shipping cost of the return after verification, or send you a new pair directly. If there is no quality problem with the shoes, you want to return the shoes just because you don't like them/ you choose the wrong size by yourself, you need to pay for shipping fee of return and the shipping fee when we ship the shoes.

5.Others

Q1: What's the difference between perfectkicks and get?

A1: The quality of perfectkicks is better than Get, the price=quality

More expensive, more better

perfectkicks will have higher material requirements, but the quality of Get version is also good

Q2: After placing an order, do I need to do anything?

A2: After placing an order, customer service will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm your order information, please note. The complete order process is shown in the image below:
